Different Types of Market Trends

Uptrend:

When the trend is moving up, we call this an UPTREND. When a market is in an uptrend, we are only looking to enter BUY positions.

Downtrend:

When the trend is moving down, we call this a DOWNTREND. When a market is in a downtrend, we are only looking to enter SELL positions.
